Dad's Dough is a small-batch artisan organic sourdough micro-bakery based in Brooklyn. Every loaf is naturally leavened with an organic sourdough starter that has been continuously maintained since 2020, slow fermented for flavor and digestibility, and baked fresh just before distribution.
As a dad, home baker, and longtime member of the Hearty Roots Greenwood Heights CSA since 2012, I've always appreciated the connection between good food, local producers, and community. Dad's Dough grew out of years of baking for family, friends, and neighbors, and a belief that great bread is made with simple ingredients, patience, and care.
Using organic ingredients and traditional techniques, each loaf is crafted to develop a crisp crust, flavorful crumb, and the character that only naturally fermented bread can provide.
